Three startups, one exit, and a career built the hard way.

I started my career as a software developer, then moved into consulting — leading enterprise rollouts and mission-critical deployments for organizations including the federal government, managing budgets of $50M+, IDIQ contract vehicles valued up to $1B, and teams as large as 75. From there I went on to found three companies of my own — each one teaching me something different about how to build and lead, including a successful exit. That mix gave me a pretty rare vantage point: I've built products, led a company through an exit, and sat on both sides of the advisory table.

I'm Founder & CEO of Goodniss, my health and wellness company — born out of my own health scare and a health crisis in my family, and the work I care about most. Along the way, I've also volunteered with grassroots humanitarian organizations, work that's shaped how I think about building community today. Alongside Goodniss, I take on a select number of consulting projects, and I love getting invited to speak about what building, failing, and exiting has actually taught me. I've also advised dozens of startups along the way.
